2. Eligibility & Review Process
All applications are subject to a manual review process. We reserve the full right to approve or reject any request at our sole discretion.
If your Telegram account, channel, group, or bot does not meet our internal requirements, we may:
- Reject your application, and
- Issue a refund where applicable
Our decision is final and may be based on factors including, but not limited to, authenticity, activity, content, and compliance.
3. Compliance with Telegram Rules
All users must comply with the terms, policies, and guidelines set by Telegram.
We are not affiliated with Telegram, and the Hold Badge is an independent verification system. Any violation of Telegram's rules may result in:
- Immediate removal of the Badge
- Possible denial of future applications
4. No Account Access
We do not require, request, or obtain access to your Telegram account under any circumstances.
At no point will we:
- Ask for your password
- Request login codes
- Access your private data or messages
You remain solely responsible for the security of your account.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
While we perform manual reviews before granting the Badge, we do not guarantee the behavior, legitimacy, or future actions of any verified user.
By using our service, you acknowledge that:
- We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user who holds the Badge
- The Badge does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee of trustworthiness
6. Badge Revocation
We reserve the right to revoke the Badge at any time if:
- The account no longer meets our standards
- The account violates Telegram rules
- We detect suspicious, harmful, or misleading activity
No refund will be guaranteed in such cases.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
